Of course we want you to absolutely love your new purchase, however we understand that purchasing something online isn't always the perfect fit for you..
By purchasing an item from our ONLINE STORE you are agreeing to our returns policy below:
- We DO NOT offer Refunds on returns that are no longer suitable, don’t fit or for a change of mind. A credit note will instead be issued to you on full price items only.
- ALL items must be unworn, unwashed, ALL tags attached,and in original packaging.
- Items must be returned to HQ within the 14 day returns period, including faulty products.
- Returns are to be covered and paid for by the customer.
- We DO NOT accept returns on SALE items. These items are final and can’t be returned.
- shipping costs will not be refunded, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from approved refunds.
- Please allow 7-14 days for returns/credits to be processed.
CREDIT NOTES:
- Credit Notes are VALID for 12 months from date of issue.
- All garments will be thoroughly inspected upon being received back at HQ, to confirm condition of credit note.
- Credit notes CAN be used in store, at market days & online from date of issue.

Upon shipping your order; all items are thoroughly quality checked to make sure they are perfect standard and condition.
