Australian Orders

 

Processing times:

We know you are so excited about your new order with us and want it ASAP, which is why we try and process your order as soon as its received at our head office. 

We process orders on ALL business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in NSW, Australia. If you purchase any of the items on a non-business day, we will process your purchase ASAP on the next business day. 

There can be unexpected delays with AUS POST, especially in peak periods such as Xmas/New years or after a sale.

Pick up your order:

If you live in Sydney, NSW you have the option at the checkout to collect your order SAME DAY. Please select this option, and an email will be sent to you to arrange a suitable time during warehouse business hours. 

If you have further questions about the pick-up option, please don't hesitate to email us for assistance.

Shipping Charges:

We ship all orders via Australia Postal service.

Free express shipping Australia wide for all orders OVER $150.

Regular post is $11 (usually a shipping time frame of 3-5 business days in METRO)

Express Post is $16 (usually a shipping time frame of 1-2 business days IN METRO)

REGIONAL AREAS: please expect your parcel to arrive within 7-10 Business Days after dispatch

Tracking your order:

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. You can use this information to track your order via the Australia Post found below:

Please note: All parcels are given Authority to leave, if you would prefer to sign for your parcel please reach out via email belle.boutique.contact@gmail.com

 

International order:

6-14 days shipping international express $25 flat rate
