• Where do you currently deliver to?

We currently deliver AUSTRALIA WIDE via AUS POST. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time, but hope to in the near future.  

  • How do I return my order?

We want you to love your new purchase, but in the case of needing to send back your item and to receive an online/in store CREDIT NOTE please contact us at belle.boutique.contact@gmail.com and we will let you know the process of returns.

  • My item is faulty/damaged, what do I do?

If there is a major fault with the style you've purchased, please return the item to us and we will offer to repair or replace it where available. If we cannot repair or replace the style, we will offer an online credit note or refund.

  • Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we don't provide refunds unless there is a manufacturing fault with the style, however you are able to return your items for a credit note/exchange.

  • How long will my credit note last?

Your credit with us can be used at our market days (see our Instagram for upcoming dates) OR online. The credit is available to be used for 12 months from the date it is issued to you.

  • What if a style I love is out of stock in my size?

Unfortunately, we don't buy huge quantities of stock in each style, which is what keeps our stock constantly new, fresh and unique, although we can at times contact our suppliers for more sizes of styles that sell out very quickly! Please reach out and email us directly to enquire if you missed out on a style you loved!

  • Can I pick up my order to avoid shipping costs?

Yes! If you live in Sydney, you have the option to collect your order from our warehouse location in Thornleigh. Please when processing your order at checkout, select the option PICK UP FROM WAREHOUSE, we will then notify you when your order if ready to collect from us! 

  • Where are your market locations?

We trade at market days all over Sydney, NSW! To stay up to date with where you can find us, follow all our social media platforms, and subscribe to our email subscriptions to meet us on location.
